Underoath, mewithoutYou, The Chariot, and As Cities Burn recently completed the inaugural "Come & Live" mini-tour to benefit five charities hand-picked by each artist. The sold-out four-city tour raised over $80,000 which will be donated to: Habitat For Humanity, Invisible Children, Teen Challenge, Samaritans Purse and New Jerusalem Ministries. In addition, the bands came together on December 14th in Birmingham, AL to help build two homes for local families in need through Habitat For Humanity.

Habitat for Humanity--Greater Birmingham is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry dedicated to making quality, affordable houses available to low-income families. To date, more than 205 houses have been completed in the Greater Birmingham area in partnership with families who purchase homes at cost and with no interest. Habitat Birmingham is recognized as a top 25 Habitat affiliate (out of 1,700) in the United States.

Invisible Children is a non-profit organization that funds shelters and schools and raises international awareness for children in war-torn Uganda. Invisible Children aims to help the children of Uganda, many of whom are kidnapped from their parents and forced to serve in rebel armies currently in conflict with the government of the country.

Teen Challenge is a free of charge live in drug rehabilitation center. Consisting of Bible studies, work programs, dormitory life and one on one advising for its students. Our program was designed to instill Christian principles such as responsibility, discipline and honesty in the lives of individuals and establish new goals in their lives. We are also one of the most successful treatment programs with a cure rate of 86 percent based on an independent study.

Samaritan's Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan's Purse has helped meet needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.
