This summer Emery will be taking part in the Zumiez Couch Tour 2009 in mall parking lots across the country. The tour is free and features live band performances, pro skate demos, signings, giveaways and more!

Emery's new album "...In Shallow Seas We Sail" is available in stores and online June 2nd and is currently available for pre-order at the Tooth & Nail Store bundled with a T-shirt, Interpunk with a limited edition 7" vinyl picture disc, and Smartpunk with an autographed booklet.
